Helen specializes in sustainability finance development for financial institutions and has extensive experience in working with central government, banking regulators and local government in emerging markets.

Over 16 years of experience in financial service sector. Yolanda has provided advisory and investment services focusing on digital financial inclusion across Climate Finance, MSME Banking, Gender Finance, Insurance and Risk Management to 20 clients including the financial regulators, the leading financial institutions and innovative challengers in China, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Myanmar, India.

Over 10 years of experience in the field of climate change. Qianyi has worked closely with the government and green industry think-tank to deliver green finance advisory service to the financial institutions. She has extensive experiences in climate change/energy policy and regulations, carbon trading and climate finance.

Over 15 years of experience in managing climate and gender related projects in world’s leading international NGOs and investment banks, including Goldman Sachs, WWF and NRDC. Joy specializes in sustainable development, energy efficiency and women empowerment.

Rich experience in frontier technology innovation and climate finance. Xiaoqun helped launch Ant Financials' first blockchain-based app for shared mobility and framed go-to-market strategies for various products.

Rich experience in real estate sector and business development. Riley focused on capital markets and advised both domestic and international institutional investors on the real estate market and assisted them to invest or financing.

Susanna has been appointed to the current position since July 2020 and she joined the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in November 2016 with responsibilities for promoting Hong Kong as an international financial centre and leading the ESG market development and outreach initiatives. She joined the HKMC as Co-Head of Infrastructure Investment on secondment basis from the HKMA in November 2018.

Giselle has experience in sustainable finance at S&P Global Ratings and over 5 years of sustainability consulting experience at Ernst & Young. Her sustainability experience covers strategy and planning, governance and policy formulation, risk management, responsible investing, investor surveys review, environmental health and safety (EHS) and supply chain management, ESG reporting and verification, carbon auditing, impact measurement and stakeholder engagement.

Max joined the Market Outreach Division of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in 2021 with the responsibility for supporting the HKMA’s initiatives and efforts in building capacity, developing talent and promoting market development in the green finance space. Max has experience in the banking sector prior to joining the HKMA. 

Vanessa joined the Market Outreach Division of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority in 2021 with the responsibility of supporting the HKMA’s green finance initiatives, including capacity building, talent development and ESG market outreach. Prior to joining the HKMA, Vanessa has worked in the sustainability consulting sector, advising Hong Kong listed corporates on ESG management. She is specialized in sustainability reporting, carbon accounting and stakeholder engagement.
